Cookies are small text files stored in your browser by websites you visit. They are commonly used to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, or process transactions.
The Torify API itself (any /v1/* endpoint) does not set, read, or rely on cookies. API requests are stateless and authenticated via per-call x402 payment or the X-API-Key header.
The Torify website (torify.dev) sets no first-party cookies of its own. We do not run analytics, advertising, A/B testing, or tracking scripts.
When you initiate a Pro or Enterprise subscription via the pricing page, the LemonSqueezy checkout overlay loads from assets.lemonsqueezy.com. LemonSqueezy may set the following functional cookies during the checkout flow:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| LemonSqueezy session | Maintains the checkout session and prevents duplicate charges | Session |
| Fraud prevention | Detects bot or automated checkout attempts | Up to 30 days |
These cookies are set by LemonSqueezy under their own domain and policy. See LemonSqueezy's Cookie Policy for the authoritative list.
You can refuse or delete cookies via your browser settings. Note that blocking the LemonSqueezy checkout cookies will prevent Pro / Enterprise subscription purchase from completing. The Torify API (per-call x402 and API key auth) will continue to work without any cookies.

If we add new third-party services that set cookies, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
